'Unlimited retakes' not renamed to 'generation' across marketing + help center (10 pages)

Help Article
Fix preview
Current
Feature heading still says 'Unlimited retakes, downloads & projects'
Fix
Per the June 2026 packaging update, 'unlimited retakes' is renamed to 'generation'. Update the industry pages (healthcare, financial services, higher education, manufacturing), the pricing page, and the 'How Do Unlimited Retakes Work?' help article.
What changed

Pricing deck: 'We are changing "unlimited retakes" to "generation."' The old term still appears in visible copy on 10 crawled pages: four industry pages (healthcare, manufacturing, higher education, financial services), the advertising solution + marketing pages, the AI voice generator and collaboration feature pages, and two help articles ('How Do Unlimited Retakes Work?', 'What Counts as a Download'). The pricing page was corrected in the June 15 update. (The homepage carries the term only in a hidden display:none tab panel — not user-visible — so it's excluded.)

Retired voice Sonny still listed in the canonical List of WellSaid Voices

Help Article

Sonny (Narration)
Fix
Remove Sonny from the English (Australia) voice list now that the voice was retired on May 20, 2026, or annotate it as retired/download-only.
What changed

The retirement article (help.wellsaid.io/hc/en-us/articles/51806828542099) says Sonny G.'s voice can no longer generate new audio as of May 20, 2026 and points readers to this list for alternatives — yet the English (Australia) section still lists 'Sonny (Narration)' alongside the recommended replacements Aaron G., Greg G., and Theo K. Also note the retirement article recommends 'Robert M.' as a similar voice, but no Robert M. appears in any English section of this list.

Voice retirement / plan-restriction announcements still phrased in future tense for a May 20, 2026 event that has already occurred

Help Article
Fix preview
Current
On May 20, 2026, Sonny G.'s voice will be retired from the WellSaid Voice Library.
Fix
Today is 2026-05-25 — the May 20 retirement has already happened. The article should be rewritten in past tense or as-of framing (e.g. 'As of May 20, 2026, Sonny G.'s voice has been retired from the WellSaid Voice Library'). The sibling article 'Accessing Tobin A.' has the same drift pattern ('Starting May 20, 2026, Tobin A. will only be available on managed Business and Enterprise plans.') and should be updated in the same pass.
What changed

Both newly published help-center articles announce voice-library changes effective May 20, 2026. Today is 2026-05-25 (5 days past). The Sonny G. page still says 'will be retired' / 'will no longer be available' and the Tobin A. page still says 'Starting May 20, 2026... will only be available' — readers landing on either page today get a future-tense framing for an event that has already taken effect, which is misleading about whether their existing content / projects are still affected or still being prepared for change.

Rewrite to past tense or as-of framing (e.g. 'As of May 20, 2026, Tobin A. is only available on managed Business and Enterprise plans.'). The sibling 'Retiring Sonny G.' article has the same drift pattern and should be updated in the same pass — see related finding 51806828542099-Retiring-Sonny-G-stale-future-tense.
What changed

Article body still uses 'Starting May 20, 2026, Tobin A. will only be available...' and 'here's what changes on May 20' framing for an event 5 days in the past. The FAQ also says 'All content created before May 20, 2026 remains accessible' which is correctly past-anchored, but the headline framing in the body has not been flipped from future to past tense. Same pattern as Sonny G. retirement article — both updated 2026-05-18 ahead of the May 20 effective date but not refreshed afterward.

What changed

The entire article is titled 'WellSaid Studio for Adobe Express' and focuses on Adobe Express integration. The page describes the Adobe Express add-on workflow. The mention of 'Canva' appears to be a copy-paste error from documentation for a different platform or product. Canva is a separate design platform, not Adobe Express.

Team Voices article says 'bookmark icon' but live UI and other articles say 'heart icon'

Article Screenshot
Live UI
Heart icon on the Aakash K
Fix

The live Studio UI uses a heart icon for favoriting voices. The sibling article 'Favoriting a Voice' (updated the same day) correctly describes clicking the 'heart icon on the voice card.' The 'Getting Started with WellSaid Studio' article also says 'clicking the heart icon on the voice card.' Update 'bookmark icon' to 'heart icon' for consistency with the live UI and other help articles.

What changed

Three sources confirm the heart icon: (1) The 'Favoriting a Voice' article (updated 2026-04-17) says 'Click the heart icon on the voice card to add it to Favorites.' (2) The 'Getting Started with WellSaid Studio' article (updated 2026-04-15) says 'Save frequently used Voices by clicking the heart icon on the voice card.' (3) The previous scan's UI audit (carried-forward issue on 'A Hub, for All Your Voices') confirmed the live Studio uses a heart icon for favoriting/unfavoriting. The 'Adding Favorites to Your Team Voices' article (also updated 2026-04-17) uses 'bookmark icon' which contradicts all three sources. [Mode B UI audit: CONFIRMED: Button says 'Save to favorites' (text), not bookmark or heart icon]

Creating-a-Project article missing the June 30, 2026 legacy-creation cutoff

Help Article
Fix preview
Current
You can continue creating projects in Legacy Studio – Standard and Global Projects if needed.
Fix
Add the June 30, 2026 cutoff per the new 'Migrating Your Legacy Projects to WellSaid Studio' article (published 2026-05-26): 'Creating new legacy projects is no longer available' after June 30, 2026. Users following this article's recommendation after that date will hit a dead end.
What changed

Migration article (2026-05-26) announces hard timeline: June 1 migration opens, June 30 'Creating new legacy projects is no longer available', July 30 'Unmigrated legacy projects become view-only', End of 2026 auto-migration. The Creating-a-Project article (last updated 2026-02-12) recommends continuing to create legacy projects without any reference to the cutoff. Sibling 'Introducing the New WellSaid Studio' (48785974467731) has the same drift — frames legacy access as indefinite. Both should be refreshed in the same pass before June 30 to avoid sending users down a path that will stop working.

Legacy-migration preview article still uses future tense for the June 1, 2026 migration that has already gone live, and promises a guide "in June" that is already published

Current
Starting June 1, 2026, you'll be able to migrate legacy projects into WellSaid Studio — one at a time, at your own pace.
Fix
Today is 2026-06-07 — the June 1 migration has already opened (the companion full guide 'Migrating Your Legacy Projects to WellSaid Studio' (51751205121299) now says 'Starting June 1, 2026, you can migrate your legacy projects'). This older preview article (created 2026-04-29) should be rewritten in present/as-of framing (e.g. 'You can now migrate your legacy projects into WellSaid Studio — one at a time, at your own pace.') and the line 'We'll be sharing a complete migration guide in June.' should be replaced with a link to the now-published guide. Consider whether this preview article is still needed at all now that the full guide and FAQs exist, or redirect it.
What changed

Article 51253958068755 (last updated 2026-06-05) still reads 'Starting June 1, 2026, you'll be able to migrate legacy projects', 'Migration is not automatic. Starting in June, you'll be able to migrate projects one at a time', and 'We'll be sharing a complete migration guide in June.' Today is 2026-06-07, six days past June 1. Migration is already live: the companion guide 51751205121299 (published 2026-05-15) uses present tense ('you can migrate your legacy projects') and the dated timeline table lists 'June 1, 2026 — Migration opens.' A reader landing on this preview article today is told migration is a future capability and that a complete guide is still forthcoming, when both already exist. Same future-tense staleness pattern as the carried-forward May 20 findings (Sonny G. / Tobin A.) but on a different page and date, so not a duplicate of any carry-forward.

Pause-length preset labeled 'Short (0.3s)' here vs 'Small (0.3s)' in the dedicated Control Pauses article

Help Article

Current
Short (0.3s)
Fix
The dedicated 'Control Pauses Between Sections and Continuous Playback' article (also updated 2026-05-19) labels the 0.3-second preset 'Small (0.3s)'. Both articles describe the same Pause between sections preset selector. Update the Combine Tool article to 'Small (0.3s)' to match the canonical pause article, or align both to whichever label the live Studio UI shows.
What changed

Both articles were updated on the same day (2026-05-19) but disagree on the 0.3s preset's name. Combine Tool article lists 'Short (0.3s) / Natural (0.8s) / Long (1.2s)' under 'Choose a pause length between sections'. Control Pauses article lists 'Small (0.3s) / Natural (0.8s) / Long (1.2s)' under 'Under Pause between sections, select a preset'. The 0.8s and 1.2s presets and the contextual phrasing ('Pause between sections') match — only the 0.3s label diverges, indicating a copy-paste / cross-article terminology drift.

Please note that the Combine feature is currently only available in Standard.
Fix
The Combine Clips feature was introduced in December 2025 as a Caruso project feature, not a Legacy Studio Standard model feature. Update to reflect current Caruso/modern Studio availability.
What changed

Release Notes (February 2026) state under December 2025: 'You can now combine multiple rendered sections into a single audio file—directly in a Caruso project.' The Caruso model is the modern, recommended model for WellSaid Studio (distinct from legacy Standard model). Page 7's claim appears to reference outdated information or an earlier product configuration.

Combine FAQ calls 48 kHz 'the highest supported sample rate' while the same page and the sample-rate article document 96 kHz

Help Article
Fix preview
Current
The combined file uses 48 kHz, the highest supported sample rate.
Fix
Reword to avoid the contradiction, e.g. 'The combined file uses 48 kHz, the higher of the two input rates.' 96 kHz is a supported rendering rate per 'Creating Audio at Different Sample Rates'.
What changed

Two FAQ entries earlier on the same page discuss combining 96 kHz files ('Files rendered at 96 kHz are limited by total file size', 'The 96 kHz files will be downsampled'), and 'Creating Audio at Different Sample Rates' (article 40960191236371) lists 24/48/96 kHz as available rates. Calling 48 kHz the highest supported rate contradicts both.

The current rail is titled 'Project > Replacements' with Personal/Team toggles, an 'Open libraries' button, and a 'New replacement' affordance. The pronunciation concept evolved into the broader Replacements + Libraries feature.
